Bella Tech Global, Inc. (DBA AMA Meditime) is a proud distributor of Medical Aesthetic equipment and skin care products. We are currently searching for Digital Marketing and Social Media Intern with positive & proactive attitude to join our team. The position helps maintain & contribute company’s Digital Marketing portfolio of products, including Social Media platform, and help reaching out to more perspectives. Work as a team for various personnel to increase the company’s market penetration in the Medical Aesthetic industry and more. Continually develop growth opportunities within assigned tasks.
Position Requirements:
- Non-Paid Internship Position (Academic credit required)
- Proficiency in maintaining and developing various social media platforms
- Ability to assist with e-commerce selling platforms, including Wix, Amazon, Walmart, and Affiliate Marketing Program (preferred, but not required)
- Experience in uploading periodic postings on existing social media platforms and handling SNS feedback/inquiries
- Competency in checking web analytics daily to monitor traffic and identify system glitches
- Capability to manage the day-to-day operations for website and social media platforms
- Aptitude to troubleshoot customer service inquiries as needed
- Willingness to support the Sales/Marketing team as required
- Ability to assist the team in implementing effective online sales promotions and forecasting sales strategies
- Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Tasks:
- Developing Weekly (or periodical) Posting contents and execution
- Weekly Newsletter (BI-weekly) via Mass Mailing Tool (ex. MailChimp)
- Youtube channel contents creation & maintenance / team vs. individual
- Assisting with content creation and posting for multiple social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Film, edit, and post product reviews and information for social media
- Media publication planning / execution
- e-Commerce platform(s) assistance
Training:
- Company Orientation
- Weekly Zoom Meeting / team vs. individual
- Mentorship from senior team members
- Individual vs. Team Projects assigned
- Virtual Management: Daily report, Asana, Zoom, etc.
Learning Outcome:
Obtain the essential background knowledge in social media in the industry
Learn and get comfortable with social media management skills (digital marketing)
Achieve the necessary interpersonal skills among with team collaboration
Daily communication will be shared via the company messaging system and though phone calls. Weekly Zoom meetings will also be held to review past and upcoming tasks, discuss questions and information vital to the student. The direct mentor will not be at the same location as the student, but the remainder of the office staff is stationed at the office and will provide additional guidance and learning opportunities.<\/p>
