Front Office Intake academic internshipAt — Orange County Rescue Mission
The student will be in the admissions department where they will assist with move ins & interviews for applicants of the program. Upon move in day for future residents, student will administer drug tests, a mental wellness screening, and go over necessary paper work. Student will learn database Mission Tracker and input any necessary information. Student will explain program information to any individuals interested in coming in & conduct pre-screens &/or 2nd interviews.
The student will answer phone calls & emails directed to the Admissions department.
The student will engage in conversations with clients regarding needs, concerns, and resources.
The student will conduct client assessments and client interviews to ensure that the clients meet the criteria and eligibility for program enrollment.
