Program Information The Pasadena Police Department Wellness Unit is dedicated to removing barriers that prevent overall employee wellness. The unit is comprised of one full time sergeant and (11) collateral peer supporters. The unit collaborates with industry professionals, conducts debriefs after critical incidents, identify and enhance existing resources for both employees and the public, provide seminars and workshops for employees, develop partnerships with service providers, remain informed of industry best practices and serve as an advocate for employees.
