Opportunity Summary 

Learn the art of digital advertising! From headline writing to media buying to reporting and analysis, you'll be introduced to strategies and tactics for creating compelling B2B ads that convert online users into qualified sales conversations. You will be supporting a Sr. Paid Ad Strategist by shadowing client calls, building ad campaigns in Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, and compiling traffic and conversion reports.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

During your internship you will learn: -- How to audit existing Google Ad Manager, Linked Ad Manager, and Meta Ad Manager accounts -- How to design ad campaigns that convert -- How to write compelling ad copy -- How to analyze ad performance -- How to run professional strategy and reporting meetings for clients -- How to set up HubSpot for ad monitoring -- You will working alongside our SEO and Inbound Marketing departments and introduced to our proprietary demand generation methodology

Opportunity Training 

Your initial onboarding, company training, and internship goal setting will be provided by our Director of Client Success. Post-onboarding, you will begin shadowing client calls immediately and meeting with a Sr. Paid Ad Strategist an additional 3 to 5 times per week to learn new strategies and platforms, and for weekly task assignments.
