Key Responsibilities: Patient Support: Assist patients in exercises and rehabilitation routines under the supervision of licensed therapists. Your encouragement and guidance will help them regain strength and mobility. Equipment Management: Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas. Ensure that all tools are sanitized and organized for use. Observation and Learning: Shadow experienced physical therapists to learn about various treatment techniques, patient assessments, and personalized care plans.
