The Human Rights Council of Oceanside (HRCO) is a grassroots organization dedicated to promoting civil and human rights through education, advocacy, and direct action. Founded in response to community injustices, HRCO works to uplift marginalized voices, foster equity, and empower residents to address systemic inequalities. Our initiatives include supporting immigrant and mixed-status families, advocating for educational justice, and ensuring community members have access to resources and support. HRCO values collaboration, community power, and a commitment to creating lasting, positive change in Oceanside.
