Opportunity Summary 

This position is designed to support the marketing and social media initiative of Project Hope Alliance. The Marketing Intern is an important member of the development team working towards raising awareness and funds for our mission to end the cycle of homelessness, one child at a time.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns alongside our development team- Write copy for social media, blogs, and print- Create graphics for social media using Canva- Schedule approved content using tools such as Meta Business Suite- Monitor social media platforms- Research potential collaboration opportunities- Assist with the implementation of seasonal campaigns 

Training:

- Skills training o Marketing software such as Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Canvao Copywriting o Social media managemento Content management o Graphic design 

Learning outcomes:

1. Interns will be able to brainstorm, create, and implement a marketing content calendar.
2. Understand the fundamentals of mission-based fundraising in their local community.
3. Interns will be able to identify key metrics on social media and email marketing for reporting purposes.
4. Copywriting skills for multiple forms of marketing materials.
