Opportunity Summary 

A Montessori Kindergarten Assistant Teacher primarily supports the lead teacher in a Montessori classroom by preparing learning materials, assisting with individual student needs, facilitating small group activities, monitoring children's progress, maintaining a nurturing classroom environment, and upholding the Montessori philosophy, all while ensuring the safety and well-being of young children. 

Tasks
Help set up the classroom with Montessori materials, ensuring proper presentation and accessibility.
Prepare materials for individual and small group lessons as directed by the lead teacher.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment
Assist with individual student needs, providing support and guidance during activities.
Facilitate small group lessons, reinforcing concepts introduced by the lead teacher.
Observe children's interactions and behavior, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher.
Implement Montessori-based activities and lessons under the direction of the lead teacher.

Training
I will coordinate with intern daily routine and classroom work of students. A weekly meeting will be conducted to check on tasks done and be able to get inputs on improvement/activities to be done in class and for each child. Intern must be able to give daily lesson and routine to students.

Learning Outcome
Master Montessori learning environment and grasp and do hands on work on the Montessori materials and eventually be able to lead a class.
Strong knowledge of the Montessori method, including the developmental stages and appropriate materials for early childhood education.
