Organization Description

BPSOS-Center for Community Advancement (BPSOS-CCA) is a nonprofit community-based organization. Our mission is to “empower, educate, and advocate for Vietnamese in their progress toward self-sufficiency.” BPSOS-CCA has an established infrastructure with a 22-years track record of service in Southern California. Our solid organizational structure includes 18 bilingual and bicultural staff, a score of volunteers and a network of over 50 partners, which enables us to earn the trust of the local community.

Program Information

BPSOS-CCA is a community based organization that provides resources and services to the Vietnamese community in Orange County.

Our mission is to improve the lives of Orange County residents through the delivery of educational and public healthcare services. Founded in 1980 to aid Vietnamese refugees, it now has offices nationwide and in Southeast Asia.
