Program Information Montage Health Ohana is a renowned mental health program dedicated to providing care for children, teens, and young adults. As an intern at Ohana, you could be part of a team that is making a significant impact on the lives of young people.
We provide mental health services across the continuum of care including emergency room services, crisis stabilization unit, evaluation and assessments, outpatient services, partial hospitalization program, and residential treatment program. We serve children ages 3-25 with a variety of mental health issues, and we provide family centered care.
Internship roles at Ohana can vary, but they may include:
Clinical Support: Assisting therapists in various tasks, such as conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating group or individual therapy sessions. We conduct case management sessions to provide guidance, counseling, and support to families in need.
Research: Participating in research projects, collecting data, and analyzing findings. Attending program meetings and interdisciplinary treatment team meetings. Conducting triage calls and supporting with resources and referrals for families in need.
Outreach and Education: Assisting in community outreach programs, educational workshops, and public awareness campaigns.
