Opportunity Summary
Students will gain an understanding of teaching a first grade classroom such as classroom management, planning, and preparing lessons.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
Students will learn more about what goes into running a classroom, including but not limited to planning and preparing for lessons and behavior management strategies. they will practice working with students one on one or in small groups. Students may observe lessons, prepare materials for future lessons, work with students, and learn the school culture and practices.

Training will be done while working in the classroom.
