Opportunity Summary 
  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and produce high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including social media graphics, website visuals, brochures, and advertisements.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with the company’s brand identity and business goals.
    • Assist in designing and formatting marketing materials such as presentations, email templates, eBooks, and newsletters.

    Tasks:

    • Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually compelling and professional content.
    • Help establish, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
    • Support the planning and execution of visual elements for promotional events, ensuring cohesive brand representation.

    Training & Development:

    • To help the student achieve their learning outcomes, I will:

      Provide Hands-On Training & Mentorship:

      Assign real-world projects that allow interns to apply their skills in a professional setting.
      Offer direct instruction on software tools, design techniques, and content creation strategies.
      Conduct Regular One-on-One Meetings:

      Hold weekly check-ins to discuss progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
      Provide individualized feedback and set actionable goals for skill development.
      Encourage Observational & Experiential Learning:

      Allow interns to shadow team members during client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and content shoots.
      Provide opportunities to assist in professional photo and video shoots to learn on-site best practices.
      Offer Constructive Feedback & Evaluations:

      Review intern projects with detailed critiques, highlighting strengths and areas for growth.
      Conduct mid-term and final evaluations to assess progress and provide career guidance.
      Foster a Collaborative Learning Environment:

      Encourage interns to contribute creative ideas and problem-solving solutions.
      Facilitate team discussions where interns can receive peer feedback and refine their work.

      Graphic Design & Branding:

      Create visually compelling graphics aligned with brand identity.
      Develop an understanding of typography, color theory, and composition in digital media.

      Photography & Videography:

      Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for social media content.
      Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
      Optimize visual content for different digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
      Content Strategy & Social Media Marketing:

      Assist in developing social media content strategies tailored to target audiences.
      Learn best practices for engagement, including posting schedules, captions, and hashtags.
      Analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and make recommendations.
      Production & Post-Production Workflow:

      Gain experience in pre-production planning, including storyboarding and shot lists.
      Understand file organization, asset management, and efficient editing workflows.
      Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive branding across content.
      Client Collaboration & Project Management:

      Participate in client meetings and creative brainstorming sessions.
      Adapt content based on client feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
      Develop time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
