OrthoSport OC Physical Therapy is looking for a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to join our Mission Viejo Office! Physical Therapy Aides responsibilities are to: assist with administering modalities, maintaining clinic organization, overseeing exercise programming with patients, and assisting physical therapist in patient care. Hours are flexible working around school schedules. We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of patient care prioritizing time with patients and detailed programming in a two patient per hour scheduling model. Interpersonal communication skills, a knowledge of anatomy and exercise programming, and critical thinking are necessary to be successful in this position.
Physical therapy evaluations, treatments, exercises, and plan of care for orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation.
On the job training to assist clients with exercises using a plan of care provided by a physical therapist. Shadowing other physical therapy aids.
