Are you passionate about using your skills to create a meaningful impact? Corazón de Vida, a purpose-driven organization supporting orphaned and abandoned children in Baja, is looking for a talented and motivated Accounting & Administrative Support Intern to join our team!

This is a flexible internship where you can apply what you’ve learned in school to help us amplify our mission. We're looking for someone with:

Position: Accounting & Administrative Support Intern
Location: Remote or In-Person (based on your availability)
Time Commitment: Minimum of 10 hours per week, flexible scheduling

Responsibilities:
As an Accounting & Administrative Support Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience by assisting with:

  1. Accounting Tasks:

    • Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software.
    • Reviewing and organizing financial records and expense reports.
    • Reconciling donations, sponsorships, and other financial transactions.

  2. Administrative Support:

    • Managing donor records and ensuring accurate data in CRM systems.
    • Assisting with donor correspondence, including thank-you letters and donation receipts.
    • Supporting event planning activities, such as budgeting and expense tracking.
    • Organizing and maintaining digital files for financial and operational documentation.

  3. Special Projects:

    • Collaborating on financial analyses for fundraising campaigns and sponsorship programs.
    • Researching best practices for nonprofit financial management.
