Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson plans, grading and the input of grades. Working one on one, or with small groups of students to help with their lessons. Tutoring struggling students. Helping implement classroom management routines established by the classroom teacher.

Training:
The student will meet with the principal to go over the general policies and practices of the school. The student will then meet with the classroom teacher to go over the general classroom management of the classroom. The student will shadow in the classroom for a couple days before working directly with students. Weekly meeting with the classroom teacher will take place to assess learning, implement new tasks, and make any necessary adjustments.

Create and implement daily lesson plans.
Identify the individual learning needs of the students.
Facilitate small group management to address the diverse needs of students
