Opportunity Summary 

Promote the company in person at local events, pop-up shops, and community activities.

Organize and run events to introduce our services and engage with customers.

Assist in marketing materials (flyers, posters, etc.) in English and Spanish.

Talk to clients via phone calls and help them learn about our services.

Build relationships with clients and gather feedback to improve our services.

Participate in campaign meetings to improve the marketing strategy.

Assist in creating social media content with SEO implementation.

Apply brand theory to graphic designs and merchandise that align with the companies efforts. 

Work closely with the team to make sure marketing efforts match business goals.

Tasks:

Market Research & Analysis – Conduct industry research, analyze market trends, and compile competitor insights to support data-driven decision-making.Content Creation & Copywriting – Develop engaging marketing content, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts, tailored to target audiences.SEO & Digital Marketing Strategies – help Implement basic search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and track campaign performance using analytics tools. Brand Development & Messaging – Contribute to branding efforts by ensuring marketing materials align with the company’s voice, mission, and values. Event Planning & Coordination – Support the organization of corporate events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, including logistics and promotional efforts. Client Outreach & Relationship Management – Engage with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.Customer Support & Inquiry Handling – Assist with responding to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. CRM & Data Management – Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases, track client interactions, and generate reports on engagement trends.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align client communications and optimize customer engagement strategies.Strategic Planning Participation – Join marketing strategy meetings to contribute ideas, assess campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.Reporting & Performance Analysis – Generate marketing and client relations reports, providing data-driven insights on campaign effectiveness and client engagement.Crisis Communication & Problem-Solving – Assist in managing public relations challenges by drafting appropriate responses and ensuring brand reputation is maintained.Project Management & Execution – Take ownership of specific marketing or client engagement projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.

Training:

1. General Employer Orientation

All new hires are required to attend an in-depth orientation session with the head of operations that provides an overview of the company’s mission, values, policies, and procedures. This session covers:
