Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of the internship, students will have developed essential leadership and team management skills, including delegating tasks, managing workflows, and coaching team members to ensure quality standards are met. They will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance by auditing work, identifying errors, and implementing corrective measures, as well as resolving internal conflicts and addressing departmental concerns effectively. Students will enhance their communication and collaboration abilities, learning to facilitate cross-departmental communication and develop professional written and verbal skills. They will also build a solid understanding of risk management and compliance, learning to identify potential risks, ensure adherence to laws and policies, and update organizational policies to maintain compliance. Additionally, students will gain experience in employee training and development, designing and delivering training, and updating manuals to reflect current procedures. Opportunity Training 

All training will be equally focused on through out the time of the internship. Each responsibility will be staggered to allow the student to master the responsibility. 1. Delegation and Workflow Management Training Topics: Effective delegation strategies. Time management and prioritization techniques. Workflow optimization and team coordination. Methods: Role-playing exercises for task delegation. Case studies on effective team management. Job-shadowing sessions with experienced supervisors. 2. Reviewing and Auditing Work Training Topics: Quality assurance and control standards. Error identification and correction. Coaching techniques for constructive feedback. Methods: Hands-on review of sample work with real-time feedback. Workshops on effective feedback delivery. Use of checklists and auditing tools. 3. Conflict Resolution Training Topics: Conflict resolution and mediation skills. Active listening and empathy in resolving disputes. Internal communication protocols. Methods: Scenario-based conflict resolution role plays. Training on emotional intelligence (EQ). Team exercises to enhance collaboration. 4.
