Physical Therapy InternAt — The Body Center

Come professionally dressed and demonstrate professional behaviors at all times with all staff and patients.

Tasks:

Clean tables/equipment in between each patient use. Fold and organize laundry. Perform designated cleaning check lists every day. Observe patient/physical therapist interactions. Learn exercises patients perform.

Training:

Specific training will occur with one physical therapist and physical therapy aide about designated roles and responsibilities. Shadow patient/physical therapist interactions. Learn exercises patients perform.

Learning Outcome:

Be independent and autonomous with performing designated duties to improve flow of clinic care.
