Our Licensed Child Care Center located in Tustin is currently seeking a Preschool Teacher with a minimum 12 ECE Units completed to join our dedicated team._ Training to be provided. Our center is conveniently located in Aliso Viejo. We serve children ages 6 weeks through 6 years old. Full time and part time positions available with flexible scheduling, room for growth and potential for advancement_ for the right candidate. Our Center has a unique Outdoor Art and Science Center. We also use hands-on technology materials and have a STEAM center to enhance our Thematic Curriculum.
Tasks:
Professional behavior, teamwork, overall attitude, and preparedness, along with enthusiasm for the job, initiative, punctuality, and professionalism, are key expectations. Additionally, the ability to apply knowledge effectively in work situations, collaborate with children and families, and continuously learn and grow in the role is essential. A staff training handbook will be provided upon starting to offer detailed information on our protocols and standards.
Training:

Health, Safety & Well-being – Implementing best practices for child safety, hygiene, and first-aid procedures in a preschool setting.
Professionalism & Ethics – Maintaining high standards of conduct, teamwork, punctuality, and ongoing professional development.
Teachers will receive a staff training handbook outlining our policies, expectations, and best practices to ensure a high-quality early childhood education experience. This training will empower teachers to inspire, nurture, and guide young learners in their early academic journey.
Learning Outcome:
By the conclusion of the academic internship, the student will be able to develop a curriculum suitable for children's age and developmental stage, assess their cognitive abilities individually, implement effective teaching strategies to support each child's growth and foster a positive learning environment. Additionally, the student will enhance teacher - parent communication, facilitating a collaborative approach to help the child's progress and well-being both in and outside of the classroom.
