Organization Description

Our mission is to teach and empower differently-abled adults as they learn and pursue the skills necessary to achieve their full potential in lifelong independence.

Our purpose is to help young adults with disabilities understand that they CAN learn, grow and be more independent. We do this through a life skills coaching/mentor approach in order to support them in the transition to adulthood
