Organization Description

Granite Wellness is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide a full spectrum of programs focused on reducing the social, health, and financial impact on our families and children from all types of drug abuse. Granite Wellness has been saving and improving lives through substance abuse treatment and mental health services since 1974. Growing over the years to meet the needs of the community, Granite Wellness now provides a full range of programs throughout Northern California communities in Placer and Nevada Counties. All of our programs have a primary focus on the family system.

Program Information

Activities can range and may depend on which team the student is placed with-BSW interns will have the opportunity to participate in groups facilitation, intakes and SUD assessments, treatment planning and care coordination with community partners, individual counseling and case management, community outreach and prevention activities
