Students will learn how to provide excellent customer service to customers facing tech concerns, as well as learning basic troubleshooting and documentation.
Students will be able to shadow a City of Modesto IT professional to learn hands-on techniques for troubleshooting. They will be guided through proper process for triaging a case via our helpdesk team.
There may be equipment that is over 25lbs.
