Bravo Personal Care Services began in 2016, inspired by Janet Phillips, LCSW, and her personal experience of caring for her father at home for 12 years. Janet saw the gaps in affordable, reliable home care and set out to create a service that prioritizes dignity, compassion, and quality.

From its humble beginnings as a one-person operation, Bravo has grown into a trusted provider of non-medical home care services for seniors, veterans, and their families in Sacramento. Our mission is to help seniors age safely and comfortably at home while staying connected to their loved ones and community.

At Bravo, we recruit, train, and monitor caregivers to ensure the highest standards of care. Our team assists with both Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), addressing a wide range of needs, including:

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulation.
  • Cooking, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation.

By offering post-hospitalization support and working closely with discharge plans, we help clients reduce hospital readmissions and transition safely back to their homes.
