They will assist and support the marketing team with tasks needed to help the brand succeed and maintain a strong online presence.

Tasks:

Interns will create social media content and assist with managing social media platforms.
They will create marketing content and brainstorm marketing ideas they will be able to demonstrate.

Training:

One-on-one mentor meetings for training
Weekly meetings to go over tasks
Job shadowing when doing content shoots

Learning Outcome:

Assist with influencer outreach & researching candidates.
Create and manage Pinterest and Linkedin posts, newsletters, website development.
Assist with marketing, research and campaigns and execute approved ideas.
Social media engagement.
Create filler content for Instagram (ex. Memes, quotes, artist reposts).
Record and create video content during photoshoots and events.
Create content for Instagram stories (This or That, engaging stories, giveaways).
Connect with ambassadors and lash artists to showcase their content and build relationship.
Create TikTok videos in accordance with viral trends and brand knowledge.
Schedule approved content on Later.
Pitch ideas for product photoshoots & assist in photoshoots.
