Organization Description
LA Family Housing (LAFH) is dedicated to helping individuals and families transition out of homelessness and into permanent housing. Through a comprehensive approach that combines housing, supportive services, and community partnerships, LAFH empowers people to achieve long-term stability. By addressing the root causes of homelessness, LAFH works to break the cycle and create lasting change for thousands of Angelenos each year.
Health & Safety
Additional requirements and/or considerations - Must be 18 or older
- RISK: Students may be working with behaviorally challenged populations.
- RISK: Students may be working with individuals who have a known criminal background or history of violent behavior.
- SAFETY: Students are NOT PERMITTED to take photos or video while on site.
- SITE LOCATION: There have been incidents of criminal activity at the organization or site(s) within the last year.
- SUPERVISION: Students may be required to work at night (after 6pm).
