At Garcia Global Media, our internship program is designed to develop future leaders in PR and media strategy. Interns will work alongside award-winning strategist Dr. Rob Garcia the Warrior Strategist to learn how visibility transforms brands and careers.

Learn how to write powerful pitches that grab the attention of journalists, editors, and producers. You'll study real-world media angles and contribute to national media campaigns.

Help create curated outreach lists for targeted industries including business, entrepreneurship, veterans, and nonprofit sectors.

\u2705 Press Release Creation & Distribution
Assist in writing and formatting professional press releases using proven templates. Learn distribution best practices across national PR platforms.

\u2705 Media Outreach
Gain real experience contacting journalists, podcasters, and reporters via email and social media, learning how to build authentic, professional relationships in the media world.

Training Methods for Interns at Garcia Global Media

A dedicated intern group on Whatsapp allows for real-time communication, collaboration, and quick feedback. This ensures interns stay engaged, supported, and connected to the team throughout the week.

Interns will be assigned real-world tasks such as pitch creation, press release formatting, media list building, and direct outreach. These tasks simulate professional PR workflows and build tangible portfolio pieces.

Each week, interns submit their completed projects and assignments for feedback. These are evaluated for structure, grammar, creativity, and alignment with PR objectives.

They'll learn how to build segmented media lists based on niches and campaigns, using internal tools and professional research strategies.

Foundations of Personal Branding & Visibility Strategy
Interns will work on real campaigns and observe how entrepreneurs and brands are positioned in national media, learning the principles of authority-building and audience targeting.
