Graphics Design Intern:

HavenHub is seeking Interns for a Summer/Fall graphics design internship. In this role, you will assist this start-up company in creating internal and external-facing graphic design assets.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in graphic & interactive design or related field
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Must be proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite programs. (**Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, primarily.)
• Experience with other programs as Excel, Figma, Canva, SketchUp, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for digital formats. e.g. web development, social media platforms, online branding.
• Assist in developing physical assets for web design, marketing materials, event props, and other printed promotional materials.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for design projects.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Support the team in various design tasks and projects as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

• Go over the company history, mission statement, clients, goals, and vision

In week 1 the intern will shadow the marketing director & creative team during daily activities.

The intern will get a chance to see how a project starts from the initial meeting with the client to contract activation to the brainstorming of the campaign to the execution of the campaign. Our team will teach the intern how to create a wrap-up report with metrics and deliverables for the client.
