Seasonal HR + Recruiting InternAt — #ICANHELP

Opportunity Summary 

The HR + Recruiting Intern will streamline recruitment and onboarding processes for Digital4Good and communicate effectively with other teams. We’re looking for an organized, deadline-oriented individual with experience in project management, event coordination, and volunteer recruitment. The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, expertly navigating internal relationships with stakeholders based in various states and countries.

Tasks:

Conduct and optimize existing recruitment, interview, and hiring processes
Coordinate administering of organization’s onboarding process and create LinkedIn job postings
Manage Volunteer Database
Provide oversight of overall project management to ensure that quality and project scheduling requirements are met
Develop a strategic national and/or international recruitment strategy
Develop systems to ensure consistent communication with interns/volunteers
Maintain clear communication with team members on status of assigned project(s) through weekly meetings with the team and supervisor
Attend quarterly Advisory Steering Committee

Training:

Students will have an initial general orientation meeting and complete our onboarding process, where they will receive an overview of assigned tasks, guidance on how to use ClickUp (our project management tool) and access key folders/documents, and familiarize themselves with the organization and its brand assets. After the onboarding process is complete, students will have weekly scheduled meetings with their supervisor and team members.
