Case management, individual and group counseling, BPS assessment and case study, documentation, client advocacy, treatment planning. All tasks completed with clinical supervision.

Tasks:

Case management and group counseling under supervision, completion of clinical documentation including BPS assessment, treatment plans, progress notes, standardized assessment tools, discharge and aftercare plans.

Training:

General orientation, medical record software and documentation training, weekly one-on-one supervisor meetings, overview of assigned tasks, performance feedback for additional growth.

Learning Outcome:

Conduct comprehensive BPS assessment
Implement appropriate clinical interventions
Identify countertransference areas and opportunities for clinical growth
