Opportunity Summary 

Wushiland Boba is seeking a motivated Manager Intern with an emphasis on Accounting to join our store operations team. This internship provides hands-on experience in daily store management, inventory control, and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks. The intern will develop critical operational, leadership, and accounting skills in a real-world franchise environment while contributing to the expansion and success of Wushiland Boba stores.

Tasks:

Learning Outcome #1
Tasks: Carry out opening/closing checklists, verify equipment operation, complete cleaning protocols, and document shift transitions.

Learning Outcome #2
Tasks: Supervise team during peak hours, assign break schedules, manage task delegation, and resolve team conflicts under manager guidance.

Learning Outcome #3
Tasks: Use QuickBooks Inventory to update stock levels, perform weekly inventory audits, log waste, and assist in placing supplier orders based on system projections.

Learning Outcome #4
Tasks: Generate financial summaries and trend charts in QuickBooks, identify areas of overspending, and suggest cost-saving measures.

Learning Outcome #5
Tasks: Record daily sales and expenses in QuickBooks, reconcile bank statements, support monthly reporting cycles, and assist in compiling a quarterly budget report.

Training:

Learning Outcome #1
Training Method: Intern will receive hands-on SOP orientation and shadowing with current store managers, rotating through operational tasks.

Learning Outcome #2
Training Method: Weekly feedback meetings with management, leadership role-play activities, and participation in shift scheduling discussions.

Learning Outcome #3
Training Method: Intern will be trained on QuickBooks Inventory to track incoming stock, update quantities, and flag discrepancies. Vendor order cycles and supply chain documentation will be reviewed.

Learning Outcome #4
Training Method: Intern will use QuickBooks to generate and analyze reports like P&L, cash flow, and cost of goods sold. Training will include evaluating these reports for operational decision-making.

Learning Outcome #5
Training Method: Intern will learn how to record financial transactions, perform reconciliations, generate trial balances, and draft budgets within QuickBooks. A business manager or accountant will review all outputs.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to:

Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures.

Demonstrate leadership in managing staff, assigning tasks, and overseeing shift operations.

Manage inventory levels using QuickBooks Inventory and vendor coordination tools.

Analyze financial reports and apply managerial accounting techniques using QuickBooks.

Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording, reconciliation, and preparation of budget forecasts and financial statements.
