What sets our internship apart is our deep commitment to giving back to the community. We’re partnering with CSUSM to bring in bright, driven students and provide them with hands-on, real-world experience that complements their academic focus. While there’s no guaranteed job at the end of the internship, participants will gain valuable exposure to industry professionals, build strong resumes, and grow their networks—which could open the door to future opportunities.
Supporting projects and efforts in the areas of data analysis, analytics, visualizations, etc. and/or any Sauna360 or 3PL modeling
The intern will participate in a national intern cohort through a third-party provider (MRA), which includes weekly two-hour coaching sessions focused on professional development, industry insight, and skill-building. To support their growth and ensure alignment with project goals, interns will have scheduled one-on-one check-ins with their manager every two weeks throughout the program
