Teacher AssistantAt — Foothill Christian Preschool

Assisting lead teacher in a classroom, supervising students ages 2-5 in all areas of the classroom, assisting with potty training, interacting with parents, setting up learning centers

Training:

There will be shadowing/ one on one training with a mentor, intermittent reviews, orientation of the job and what is to be expected

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to:
Effectively assist and teach a classroom
Effectively understand how to implement the curriculum
Effectively set up learning centers
