Opportunity Summary 

The LACOE HSEL Mental Health Management Intern will assist the mental health team with administrative projects under the guidance of their assigned supervisor.  They will participate in onboarding training, an orientation session, weekly supervision, and training opportunities that facilitate their learning. The intern will also have opportunities to observe site visits and desk reviews.  

Tasks:

The intern will...
Design a parent brochure explaining HSEL mental health consultation services for children and families.
Help create tables and graphics that explain mental health data trends.
Participate in reflective opportunities during weekly supervision and maintain a personal reflection journal.
Shadow and observe monitoring visits and desk reviews.
