Program Management Intern - HybridAt — Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise

As a Program Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our program management and DevOps teams. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and tracking projects. You will assist in coordinating and managing various aspects of our DevOps activities to ensure successful delivery. This internship will provide valuable exposure to project management methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and overall DevOps processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the program management team in planning and executing projects within specified timelines and budgets
• Assist in coordinating DevOps activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project documentation
• Participate in status meetings and provide updates on project progress, identifying and escalating any potential risks or issues
• Help update program management tools and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project data.
• - provide reporting like written minutes of meeting to share the progress status and next actions on weekly basis to the core team members.
  - prepare monthly presentation of the project to management (with the support of her mentor).

Training:

- company laptop to be able to use the specific SW tools used by the employees
- weekly scheduled one-on-one mentor meetings - on site work to be able to get full experience and know the teams.
- online and presential training to the company processes for project management

Learning Outcome:

by the end of the academic internship, the student should be knowledgeable on the basic process used to manage a project and monitor the key constraints like schedule, scope and cost. The student should be able to recommend and use AI tool that can be use by program management team. The student will be able to lead a weekly core team meeting to monitor and track the progress status from the core team members.
