Supports due diligence and contract review for M&A transactions.

Training:

• Developing SOPs for legal processes and compliance
• Assist in handling FOIA requests and compliance
• Aids in monitoring legislative processes and regulatory compliance

Sports media offers a comprehensive training program as we have for more than 40 years our internship program has received five star reviews from hundreds of interns over the past few years. Each intern will receive over thirty different training courses that are specific to the sports industry and our company. To that they have 15 hours worth of online meetings plus they work with the team their team can also have several hours worth of meetings per week. Are required to complete weekly synopsis and we constantly evaluate their performance.

Interns have meetings Monday at 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM onboarding an hour meetings are available at 9:00 AM on Tuesday a regular training program is Wednesday at 10:00 AM and Friday at 8:00 AM these meetings generally last about three hours.

We have several of your students that have been in our program over the past decade. Sports media as the premier internship program in the United States services nearly 4000 students yearly in our training program. Our training program is unpaid and we require no fees from the students

• Affiliates Department assisting by managing agreements and contracts.
• Small Business Innovation Research and acquiring knowledge in federal grant procedures.
• Assist in reviewing and drafting government contracts
