Marketing InternAt — Hydration Room
As a key member of the Marketing Team, our Marketing Interns are brand ambassadors for Hydration Room, playing an essential role in supporting our new clinic openings and local community presence.
Marketing Interns will have the exciting opportunity to be part of our grassroots marketing efforts, helping to connect with local businesses, spread awareness of our grand openings, and support onsite event execution. Responsibilities include researching and reaching out to nearby businesses with exclusive offers, inviting them to Grand Opening Week, and assisting with event setup, decorations, signage, and day-of support in the clinic.
Marketing Interns will also help host and support patients, influencers, and local media during grand opening events, ensuring each guest feels educated, welcomed, and cared for throughout their experience. From answering questions to guiding them through their visit, interns will help deliver the high-touch, hospitality-driven experience that defines Hydration Room.
Marketing Interns are passionate about our brand and mission: To provide the highest quality wellness infusions, injections, and treatments for our patients. They bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to every project, helping us create strong first impressions and lasting community relationships as we grow.
Tasks:
1. Research and identify local businesses and wellness partners for outreach and collaboration opportunities.
2. Conduct in-person, email, and phone outreach to promote grand opening events and share exclusive offers.
3. Assist with planning, setup, and execution of clinic grand opening events, including signage, décor, and guest experience.
4. Contribute creative ideas to grassroots marketing efforts, including social media content capture and behind-the-scenes event coverage.
5. Attend weekly mentor meetings to review progress, receive feedback and help with reporting needs
Training:
Interns will complete a full week of onboarding covering company values, marketing operations, and event procedures. They will participate in weekly one-on-one mentor meetings to support ongoing learning and development. Job shadowing with the Event Coordinator will provide hands-on experience in planning and executing grand opening events.
Learning Outcome:
By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to :
1. Develop and execute local marketing strategies by conducting outreach to nearby businesses, promoting brand awareness, and supporting new clinic openings through grassroots efforts.
2. Contribute to social media and marketing campaigns by capturing content and brainstorming ideas that align with the brand’s voice and wellness mission.
3. Apply event planning and coordination skills by assisting in the preparation and execution of grand opening events, including setup, signage, and on-site guest engagement.
