Case Management InternAt — Project Kinship
We seek a passionate and organized Case Management Intern to support our case management team. This hands-on learning opportunity is ideal for undergraduate students or recent graduates interested in human services, social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related fields. The intern will assist with client intake, service coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks, gaining exposure to the direct service and systemic challenges in reentry work.
Tasks:
•Assist with client intakes and needs assessments
•Help maintain accurate and confidential client records in our case management system
•Support coordination of referrals to services such as housing, employment, and mental health care
•Attend case management meetings and trainings
•Assist with follow-up calls or check-ins with clients (under supervision)
•Contribute to tracking client outcomes and reporting
•Provide general administrative support to case managers as needed
Training:
-PK orientation,
-Weekly 1on1 coaching/mentoring
-job shadowing,
-Regular case reviews
