Sow A Seed Community Foundation

Organization Description

Our organization provides prevention and early intervention to youth in San Joaquin County, primarily through school-site based programming. Our mission is to empower youth and their families with the education, programs, and resources needed to overcome social and emotional challenges so they may lead healthy, self-sufficient lives. We provide social-emotional curriculum to youth ages 5-18 in a safe, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate environment. We seek to create a positive impact in our community by providing much needed mental health services to school-aged youth throughout San Joaquin County.
