Learn, develop and exercise in the following: ASAMS with 6 dimensions, clinical documentation, facilitate residential evidence based curriculum, crisis intervention, admissions, referrals and orientation. 12 core functions, and understanding of client behavior in relation to substance abuse and mental health disorders. 

Tasks:

Clinical Documentation : ASMAs, individual sessions, case-management, and crisis intervention.

Training:

Intern will Job Shadow Director Rose Romero, Register AMFT Samantha Mann 141110, attend all mandatory BHS Clinical Staff Meetings, and complete an Orientation with Associate Director Benny Rivas

Learning Outcome:

1.Develop and have a good understanding of intake and screening process. 2. Develop and exercise strong clinical documentation for individual sessions and Assessments. 3. Develop and exercise strong crisis intervention skill set.
