Position Description:
- Support outreach events for the Adelante Watsonville Project, focused on equity in transportation mobility.
- Provide community members with information on Miocar service, EV incentives, biking events, and e-bike share service.
- Help recruit community members for presentations and/or transportation focus groups.
- Via Electrify America, support tabling events and electric car displays to share about grants and rebates.
- Support the 2025 Photo Voice project and find locations to display student photographs.
- Create social media graphics for outreach and events.
- Support planning of the 2025 Supporter Appreciation Event.
- Attend community and partner meetings.
- Assist Regeneración managers with program development, community education, and outreach.

- Fellows should be bilingual, organized, responsible, and great communicators.
- Students should be able to join in-person for events in the Watsonville area and surrounding communities.

Schedule & Supervision:
- Flexible hours for remote tasks
- Service window: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Supervisor available: M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Some events occur on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

SUPERVISION: Students may be required to work at night (after 6pm). Or, students may be supervised less than 50% of the time or the supervisor will be overseeing more than 8 people.,
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Students may be required to lift heavy items over 25 lbs or be potentially exposed to certain environmental conditions such as extreme weather, wearing protective gear, or applying sunscreen.
