A Heart of an Angel exists to impact and empower children through outdoor fitness, education, and leadership programs that nurture physical and spiritual wellness. We build strength, character, and confidence in the whole child, mind, body, and spirit, while reducing screen time and promoting gratitude. Through fitness, nature, and positive mentorship, we create a foundation for lifelong wellness, resilience, and personal growth.
