The Production Coordinator Intern will assist with scheduling, logistics, and on-set coordination for music videos, commercials, and photoshoots. The role follows a consistent weekly schedule set at the start of the semester.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with pre-production planning including scheduling, booking locations, and coordinating crew and talent.
Help manage production documents such as call sheets, permits, and releases.
Communicate with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Support on-set production needs, which may include errands, organizing equipment, or handling logistics.
Help track budgets and expenses under supervision.
Conduct industry-related research and contribute to production planning discussions.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Training:
The intern will receive hands-on training in production coordination, including scheduling, call sheet creation, and logistics management for music videos, commercials, and photoshoots. Training will be led by the Executive Producer, with guidance provided throughout the internship. The intern will shadow production team members, review work samples, and actively participate in real projects. A set weekly schedule will be determined at the start of the semester, with flexibility to accommodate academic needs.
