Litter Pick Up ActivityAt — Volunteers Cleaning Communities
We will pick up litter around the exterior of the campus and the surrounding area of Reseda - walkable front he campus. We will learn MyLA311 app to report illegal dumping, graffiti and other things that they can report as we find them on the litter pick up activity.
MyLA 311 app - how much litter there is in the community and what kinds of things are being littered... how a community can make a huge difference in a short period of time to get it clean and nicer looking... community involvement... an activity that is good for the community and good for the soul.
There is no training involved for this activity
The only safety issue is traffic - so we will inform them how to be careful when cleaning the curb area where traffic can get close to you.
