News Broadcast (Internship)- Titan Radio - FA25At — CSUF - Titan Communications
The News Broadcast internship requires students to manage news segment content. This position researches, reports, and records multiple weekly story segments for live and prerecorded broadcasts. Students in this position are also in charge of updating news stories according to relevance and story updates. Minute-long segments are also distributed throughout the promenade and Titan Walk.

Tasks
\n
1. Research and pitch relevant news stories for Titan Radio’s broadcast segments.
2. Write, record, and submit weekly news stories for both live and pre-recorded formats.
3. Update news stories as new information emerges or relevance shifts.
4. Produce and deliver minute-long segments for campus spaces like the Promenade and Titan Walk.
5. Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and factual accuracy across all news content.

Training:

To help the students achieve the proposed learning out comes, I help Students and staff collaborate one on one with department directors to meet weekly, monthly, and semester long goals. Work to improve knowledge and feeling of working in a radio station environment while maintaining a creative space allowing students to take chances and learn techniques to improve the outcome of their product. Practice and repetition to main and grow new found skills with plenty of real world comparable content for their work portfolio.
