Opportunity Summary 

The student intern will work with young ladies ages 12-18 on how train and play elite travel softball

Tasks:

train students on how to properly lift weights, work on speed, agility, throwing, fielding, catching pitching and hitting, in a professional manner

Training:

train students on how to properly lift weights, work on speed, agility, throwing, fielding, catching pitching and hitting

Learning OUtcome:

outcome to train and coach travel softball players

Note: Rebels Organization is located at my home, all training and work with is our training facility, The Vault 160 Vander Street, Suite B, Corona 92880

my experience is the following 

travel softball manager/Head Coach 30 years,

High school softball Roosevelt high school in Eastvale 10 years

men's fastpitch player 45 years

private softball instruction 25 years

AA in business Chaffey College, 1 year at UCR

director of Support Services, Corona-Norco Unified School District 31 years (retired) oversaw the maintenance and operation of 52 school site, oversaw training and the operations 553 maintenance, and custodial staff

all coaches must have a background check through Alliance Fastpitch, our Assocation, all coach go through one and one with me, on how teach and work with young ladies in a positive environment, coaches are taught how to field, bat, throw correct so they can teach our students, and work on communication and express thoughts and questions on how to play travel softball, when interns complete their assignments they will able how to coach young players in a positive learning environment and to run a softball program.
