•Assist in designing and optimizing semiconductor process flows for silicon photonics • Collaborate with module owners (etch, deposition, lithography, CMP, metrology) to ensure successful process integration • Analyze process and yield data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements • Contribute to process documentation, experiment planning, and technical reporting • Support cross-functional efforts in R&D, operations, and quality
