Marketing & Inside Sales InternAt — Pyramid Pharma Services

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Marketing & Inside Sales Intern will support Pyramid
Laboratories’ sales and marketing projects. The intern will work on a variety of projects surrounding
brand marketing, sales marketing, inside sales, tradeshow and event coordination, customer relationship
management, website development and social media.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/PROJECTS

Pyramid Open House Event
• Support planning and logistics for the event, including invitations, signage, materials, and on-site
coordination.
Tradeshow Coordination
• Manage logistics such as shipping the tradeshow booth, ordering promotional giveaways, and
organizing travel kits.
• Coordinate LinkedIn announcements and posts before, during, and after each show to increase
engagement.
Marketing Plan Development
• Assist in building out a 6–12 month marketing plan using our current template as a foundation.
Content Management
• Gather and organize marketing assets provided by previous marketing partners for future use.
• Use content from our recent photo shoot to create a short promotional video.
Client Visit Experience Enhancements
• Create a visitor resource guide, including recommended hotels and restaurants.
• Improve client visit process with features such as digital food ordering and pre-arrival check-in.
Website Enhancements
• Propose and implement improvements to our existing website to increase usability, branding
consistency, and visual appeal.
Client Communication
• Develop a regular newsletter or announcement format for client updates and company news.
Client Relationship Management
• Compile a list of prior clients using data from our SharePoint system to support outreach and reengagement
efforts.
• Follow clients on LinkedIn (on behalf of PLI), engage with their content, and repost where
relevant.
BIO Tradeshow Happy Hour
• Plan an in booth happy hour during the BIO show to celebrate our 25-year manufacturing
anniversary. This includes planning, logistics and promotion.
