InternAt — Bridge Visions
Bridge Visions is a nonprofit organization that empowers returning residents, including formerly incarcerated individuals and transitioning veterans—through mentorship, media, and workforce training. We are seeking creative, driven CSUSM students to support our visual and digital presence. Interns will assist with logo and website design, branding, SEO strategy, and digital storytelling to help us reach and impact more lives. This is an ideal opportunity for students studying Media Arts, Graphic Design, Communication, Business Marketing, or related fields. You’ll gain real-world experience, build your portfolio, and contribute to a mission-driven team committed to equity and social change.
By the end of this internship, students will gain hands-on experience in brand development, website design (using platforms like Wix or WordPress), and search engine optimization (SEO). Interns will develop practical skills in visual storytelling, user experience (UX), and digital content creation while learning how to align creative work with a nonprofit’s mission and target audience. Students will also deepen their understanding of community engagement, social impact strategy, and ethical marketing, while strengthening soft skills such as collaboration, communication, and project management. Through mentorship and real-world application, interns will leave with a stronger portfolio, clearer professional direction, and experience creating purpose-driven design.
