Jessica will assist in the day-to-day operations of my real estate investment business, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, client communications, and marketing development. She will learn how to identify and analyze off-market property opportunities, communicate with agents and property owners, and support project management for ongoing acquisitions. This internship is designed to provide Jessica with practical exposure to the real estate industry, marketing, and business operations in a professional setting.

- Conducting preliminary research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Reaching out to agents and sellers via phone, email, and CRM to inquire about potential listings or buying opportunities
- Helping analyze leads and preparing summaries for the team
- Creating marketing content or templates for email outreach and social media
- Logging communications and follow-ups in a CRM system
- Assisting with administrative tasks (transactions /disposition) related to deal coordination and closing

Training:

To support Jessica in achieving the outlined learning outcomes, she will receive structured and ongoing training throughout the internship.

- A mandatory general employer orientation at the start of the internship to introduce company values, business goals, software tools (CRM, property databases), and safety/communication protocols
- Weekly scheduled one-on-one mentor meetings to review her progress, answer questions, and provide professional feedback
- Job shadowing during lead outreach and property evaluation processes to observe real-world applications of investment strategies
- Workshops and skills training, including how to use real estate software platforms, structure property inquiries, and create lead tracking systems
- Access to work samples, templates, and guides used by our team for agent outreach, property evaluation, and deal analysis
