Jr. Accounting Analyst InternAt — TP TAX LLC

Tasks:

• Assist with journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Help prepare financial statements and internal reports.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Support the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll laws.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries professionally and promptly.

Training:

• Gain hands-on experience with payroll processing, calculations and basics of compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Learn how to assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Gain hands-on experience with tools like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Learn to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
